Covid Vaccine Boosters - we are currently contacting eligible patients to arrange vaccine boosters (to be eligible you must have had the 2nd covid vaccine atleast 180 days ago and be in an at risk group)


We would like to thank our patients for your cooperation and only attending surgery if they have been given an appointment or are collecting prescribed medication from the dispensary, for anything else please contact us via the telephone or email.

Reception staff are continuing to book telephone appointments at the point of contact- you will then be triaged by a clinician and they will make the best decision about any further contact, they may offer you a video consultation or a face-to-face appointment.

If you require a nurse appointment, please speak to reception and they will take the most appropriate course of action depending on your needs.

The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Our Facilities

  • Parking - We have limited parking available, on site, for our patients. Alternative car parking is available at Nunsfield House, Boulton Lane. Please park courteously at all times avoiding any 'double parking' directly outside the practice on Boulton Lane. Inappropriate parking could be detrimental in the event of an emergency.

  • Secure Payment ('Chip & Pin' card payment now available. Debit cards only, credit cards not accepted)

Branch Surgery

Our branch surgery at 8 Bell Avenue, Aston On Trent, Derbyshire DE72 2BE (telephone 01332 792888- for prescription queries only) serves our population in Aston On Trent, Weston On Trent and Shardlow.  This has limited parking, Automatic entrance doors & access without steps.  We also accept Card and contactless payments at Aston Surgery.
