Submit readings

If you have been asked to submit blood pressure readings to the surgery you can submit these by:

• handing them to the reception team
• email your readings to our email address ddicb.alvastonmedicalcenter@nhs.net
• calling the reception team on 01332755990 and reading your results to a member of staff over the phone.

Once you have submitted your readings the member of staff who receives your results will file your readings to your medical record and assign to a clinician if appropriate. 

If your results have come back and they are raised we will contact you to book an appointment with the appropriate clinician.
